Our Military Kids Ovation: 20 Years of Enhancing Family Wellbeing

September 12, 2024

Planet Word
Washington, DC
6-8 PM

For 20 years, Our Military Kids has recognized the sacrifice of military families by paying for their children's extracurricular activities while a parent is deployed with the National Guard, deployed with the Reserve, or undergoing treatment for post-9/11 combat-related injuries, illnesses, or wounds.
OMK's 20th anniversary Ovation event is a critical component of furthering our mission in the decades to come, bringing together government and military leaders, Members of Congress, mission sponsors, program partners, and OMK beneficiary families for an exclusive experience at a new Washington, DC venue. Attendees will gain after-hours access to Planet Word's interactive galleries, enjoy hor d'oeuvres and drinks, and participate in a brief program celebrating OMK's military families and event honorees.
